Loving and Creating God, you have always called people to yourself. When our ancestors were lost, you sent them prophets; when they were confused, you sent your Son to preach the truth of the Gospel. We pray that once again, you will reach out to our brothers and sisters who have gone astray and no longer know what to think or believe. Through the grace and power of Jesus Christ, lead those who have wandered far from the Church to come home to her loving embrace. Inspire those who long to hear the voice of the Good Shepherd to find answers to their questions. May the Holy Spirit fill all of us with your love, light and peace and bring all people together in a renewed and profound faith, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
